There are some exciting performance opportunities for the new school year.  Students of FPTA members may participate in any of the following events:

Halloween Concert

Location: TBA

Our first annual Halloween concert took place last year and was a great success.  Students may play a piece of their choosing, and any genre is allowed.  Because it is a Halloween concert, all performers must perform in a costume that is suitable to the theme of their piece.

FPTA Winter Student Recital

Location:  TBA

Each FPTA member is allowed fifteen minutes to showcase their students.  There is no limit on the number of students allowed.

Friday, May 17, 2018 – Sunday, May 19, 2018

FPTA Annual Competition and Festival

Location: TBA

The annual competition has expanded to a three-day event.

Friday, May 17:  FPTA Festival:  The FPTA festival is open to students of all ages and levels. Students may perform in the non-competitive festival by performing one piece for comments.  There will also be a master class for those that would like to participate.

Saturday, May 18:  FPTA Competition: The FPTA competition is open to all students of FPTA members.  Please see rules and regulations for eligibility.

Sunday, May 19: FPTA Winners’ Recital: FPTA competition winners will perform at the winners’ recital and receive awards.
